It would seem to me that, since the Constitution forbids any ex-post-facto laws, that such a law would hardly provide grounds for impeachment, but would perhaps pose an obstacle in a re-election bid.

Of course it's a little late to deal with the present usurper but, it might come in handy in the future.
Usurper is a pretty harsh word.
I'd settle for a bit more transparency.
Want to put a stop to the "birthers"? Produce a valid birth certificate, preferably the one that the certificate of live birth was stapled to when Barri was brought into the US through Hawaii. Like his sister's.
